SPEECH THERAPY SERVICE REQUEST

Before completing the service request form, we invite you to carefully read the following information regarding how speech therapy assessments and intervention sessions are conducted. If this suits your needs, you may then proceed by filling out the form
- Location : our clinic is located in Vaudreuil-Dorion
- Clientele : children aged 0-12 years
- Schedule : please check the schedule of the professional you wish to see to ensure it suits your availability before starting the process (see NOTRE ÉQUIPE)
- Service offered in French and English
- Initial assessment : 90 minutes – fees range from 300$ to 725$
- Children already assessed (with a recent and complete report) : 60-90 minutes – fee of 175$ for the initial session
- Intervention sessions : 55 minutes – fee of 125$
- Receipt provided : yes for insurances or income tax purposes (in the name of the child)
Please note that we DO NOT provide services for the following concerns :
- Reading – writing – or math difficulties (dyslexia / dysorthographia / dyscalculia)
- Atypical swallowing
- Orofacial Myofunctional Disorder (OMD)
- Problematic dentition
What is the waiting time?…
We understand your desire to receive help as soon as possible, and we make every effort to provide support within the most reasonable timeframe.
The waiting time can vary greatly depending on the number of requests received, the length of ongoing follow-ups, the complexity of the cases, the professionals’ schedules, and many other factors beyond our control.
At present, the waiting time for speech therapy is between 3 to 5 months. We will be able to give you an approximate timeframe once your request has been received, but we cannot guarantee an exact date.
